What Do You Think of Rosie's Talk Show on OWN?

It was announced today that OWN will not be picking up the Rosie Show for a second season: http://www.ontheredcarpet.com/Rosie-ODonnells-OWN-series-The-Rosie-Show-cancelled-after-one-season/8584537 I have been torn about the show since it started; at first it was awkward, kind of like being caught in the middle of a bad kid's birthday party...confetti and all. After the format was changed to one-on-one, it was a bit better but felt a little preachy on certain aspects concerning lifestyle choices. I never could tell what the show was suppose to be about; and Rosie seemed to be depressed throughout. The show was too jittery and left me confused about what I was suppose to be feeling. I like Rosie and am sad about her failled attempt to come back to television. What do you think about Rosie and the news that her show has been cancelled? She seems to be a great lady, and I wish her tons of success. What's your take on the situation?

i feel sad for her, but what's done is done, all we can do now is wish her the very best for her future plans. And hope that there's a second chance for her.

Everything in life is perpetual; when something ends, it is the beginning of something new. I do wish Rosie the very best that life has to offer her, and I know her life will be filled with lots of second chances.

I have the channel but have never taken the time to watch it. I have liked her at first when she had a normal show on the first time it was on regular TV, then something just changed about her. Not sure if it was her own demons that she was having problems with or what. She appeared to be overly opinionated and even hateful as you said. It opened my eyes on how people really are sometimes. Sorry to hear her show won't be picked up again, I hope she find some other kind of show or something she enjoys doing after it is cancelled. It is never easy for a celebrity when they aren't dong to well in the ratings, etc.

Well personally I have always thought she needed to find more ways to share about life as she sees it, in other ways besides this. Because personally she does not really compare to some of the other Talk Show hosts out there, and needs to find a better venue that suits her. I do wish her the Best and hope somehow something good can become of this.

Yea, I think you are right, KrauseHome, I think twitter is more her style right about now. Her show was a flop until just about the end. It was just too little too late.

According to various sources, Rosie’s show was cancelled due to a lot of factors. Among these is the show did not have a good rating, it was aired at the wrong time, and a lot more. Rosie of coarse felt depressed about this development. She is truly a wonderful lady for she took in the news calmly. I love Rosie and hope to see her again. I love her in movies and look forward to seeing her on the big screen again too.
