good day fellow mylotters,
yesterday was not a good day for me, that after my half day of working, i suddenly feel dizzy. that my eyesight was somehow getting blurred and i really do not know what is happening with me. after a few hours, i got a terrible headache. but this headache comes in the left part of my head feeling the terrible pain on that part. then little by little, i slowly feel the pain in my left eye, going down to my jaw and going to the back part of my head downward to my nape. and after sometime, i slowly feel that my nerve on my feet was getting numbed for unknown reason. and i even vomited twice. indeed, i was so restless yesterday and i just ended up so weak. i never really knew why that happened to me. as in, i am very much fine during the morning, but, i feel so weak and restless, after the half of the day. its just i realized, we should really avoid stress and start to enjoy our life slowly as we never know what will happen to us in a span of one day.

hi,
i will agree on that fellow mylotter,we should avoid stress because it will ruin our life, our day and the happiness that we may feel everyday, but even how strongly avoid it still we will meet it every day, sometimes at home, along the road or even at the office, stress is also everywhere but we should try to be happy too.

Everyone always have a problem in his life. But the most important is how we can survive and handle that problem wisely.I have a little suggestion for you, maybe this will help you and reduce your problems :
1. Try to vacation for a few days to a place that you like, such as mountain or beach.
2. Listen a soft music to help your mind become relax and calm.
3. Do it your hobby, for example : singing, reading, or painting.
4. Exercise regularly every morning.

I ask you: Are you really sure that the illness, from you accused is simply caused by too much stress? could not but be other factors behind? However, I am not a doctor, but I learned to never underestimate, when these signals reach a "warning". Now it's clear: I do not want to create some drama too and maybe you worry too much. However, the advice I can give you, after what has happened to you is to contact a doctor and explain what happened. This is just my opinion.

I had a stressful day yesterday too. I was on 12 hour straight duty. Starting from 6a to 6pm, because I am very busy that time I ate lunch at past 3pm :(. Then continue with work. I officially got off from work at 7:30pm, went home washed my uniform then then woke up at 4:30am and get ready for work again. I am having body malaise but I have to go to work. And I am hoping that this will not be my routine because it will surely put so much stress on my health and will probably to health problems in the future. I do agree that avoiding stress will help keep us from getting stress and enjoying life can help decrease one's stress level. Do not abuse one's self. I hope you are fine now.

Yeah I totally agree with you, sometimes we really want a enjoy full life that fill with happiness and a lot of fun. But, the fact not always happen like our wish. Sometimes life is so cruel to us. There are so many things that can make as feel sad and guilty that, then all of that driving us to the stress.

Are you drinking enough water during the day? Maybe you picked up a gnarly flu, or maybe you had a pinched nerve, or a migraine, or a cluster headache.
But, I fully agree with the sentiment you are posting about -
"GATHER ye rosebuds while ye may,
Old Time is still a-flying:
And this same flower that smiles to-day
To-morrow will be dying." - Robert Herrick

Oh my, i think you had a mild stroke, because those were the symptoms of having one. I know it, because my mother has a leaflet with those warning signs of a stroke. But i hope it is not that, or just maybe you need to have your vision checked.
Haven't you consulted a doctor yet? Maybe you should see one lest it will be repeated again.
At least, you will be given a medicine once it is determined what was really wrong with you.
Take care my friend.

Is this the first time you feel this pain/attack? Have you had your eye checked before or are you using spectacles already, maybe you need some upgrade with your specs. Or maybe you are having a migraine attack. The best thing to do is rest and have your health check the soonest possible time.

Yes avoid stress at all costs, It will slowly eat at you until you start having all kinds of issues. Stress is a killer. Drink more water!!!! Have you been sleeping well? Sometimes your body just needs a good rest. I used to get eye and jaw pain all the time, even into my neck. I got my wisdom teeth removed and It all went away. Something to do with the teeth creating problems with nerves and such. Anyways if i were you i would definitely get some sleep and think of all the things that cause you stress in your life. Try to get rid of all that does, If possible. Good luck and feel better! :)
