The Unexplainable

Severl years ago I was laying in bed and I had the strangest feeling that someone was watching me. I opened my eyes and I saw a white fog across the other side of the room. I rubbed my eyes and when I looked again it was standing right in front of me. It was the shape of either an old man or woman smiling. I screamed and when I did, it just vanished in a puff of smoke. Then just a few days later it happened again. The same white smokey figure and disappeared when I screamed. Then a little over a month later I was sitting in the room and I saw a bluish colored light just come from the other side of the room and float across the room and disappear through the wall. I of course thought there was something wrong with me but soon found out that I was not the only one who had seen not only the ghostly figure but the blue light as well. Have any of you seen or experienced anything along this nature and if you have, what did you see?

as you describe it was smiling at you that means it would not harm you at all, but yes it want to convey some message to you ,and in my experience i had also seen the same white smoke but it was not smiling but it want to eat me up,i had seen it around my windows at night

I guess you are experiencing what they call a paranormal activity. There are several researchers who investigate occurrences like these. Your description makes me scared. I did not see those ghostly figures. I think maybe it is your delusion. But I am not sure.
