It may also fall into the law of attractions. These are all on the boundaries of metaphysics or the science of the mind.
Consciously or Unconsciously. Doing or having positive thoughts and actions attract or receive or exchange positive thoughts and actions. Doing or having negative thoughts and actions attract or receive or exchange negative thoughts and actions. Vice versa.

Yes, I have heard that it is related to law of attractions. Maybe I should investigate more about it.

Polarity is about Polar opposites; black and white, feast and famine, optimistic and pessimistic.
The universe is all about balance and when one person is being optimistic there is probably another person somewhere being pessimistic.
Good and bad exist because they are polar opposites of each other.
Sometimes we find individuals who are balanced within which means they might be optimistic in one moment and pessimistic in the next. It could be viewed as understanding the advantages of something in one moment and the disadvantages of the same thing in the next moment.
If we consciously choose to be optimistic we are choosing to focus on the advantages and blessings of a specific situation.
I hope my explanation was easy to understand.

I agree and it is easy to understand. There is a need to consciously choose to be more optimistic to stay in balance.

I don't know what Polarity is so maybe you could start a discussion on it so we can all learn to be more positive, I think most people could do with a little more positive thinking.
