Bra-less and health

I read some articles from the net about wearing bra and linking it to breast cancer. If the cause of breast cancer is still unknown, I might as well take extra precaution not to wear brassiere 24 hours a day when I'm at home. Just doing this to maintain healthy breasts. I'm sure there are a lot of other healthy bra alternatives that we can wear when we're going someplace else like camisole, A-shirts, vests, two silicone bra cups, and more.
What are your thoughts on this?

Wearing tight bra day and night is not the best idea, as it can block the lymphatic circulation. It happened to me and was painful, and it could have been worse.
I don't think that wearing tight bras a lot has no risks at all.
I can't go anywhere without them, but I rather wear sport bras whenever I can.

i have heard about that too but i don't now if it is really true. i think the reason why it is linked with cancer is because when you wear bra, the tendency is, the blood cannot flow freely as it should be and mos of the tissues are compressed and so over time, it forms some lumps. well, this maybe one factors but the main reason is if you have family history of cancer.
there is nothing wrong if we believe this at least we are being careful and cautious when it comes to our health. we just have to report any unusual lumps and dimpling that we may find and early detection is really very very important.
oh and yeah before i forget, i don't wear bra when i am at home. i just need to be careful and not run around because it hurts when they keep on jumping too hehehe
