Both are important. You can live a happy life with your loved one with even a little money for you to start with. You need a capital to put up even a little business for you to earn. You must have money to buy the things you need. You need money for your food, your shelter, your transportation and allowances. If you mean however love and wealth. Love of course as long as there's a little money. For a wealthy person however with no love involve, I don't think it will make a happy life.
