I was purchasing domain name from godaddy when this happened. I bought several domain names and paid them used paypal. It's about fifteen minutes later I got confirmation email about the purchase but another 30 minutes later I got a confirmation email from apple for purchasing something at itune and the next two minutes I got another confirmation email from itune from different purchase. It's keep coming and it's like six of them. Trust me it was so quick and next thing I know the money already taken from my bank. I tried to cool down and not to get panic, I added up all the itune purchase it's about $300.00 I said how this happened. Then I figure it our somebody hack my paypal while I was making purchase for my domain at Godaddy. So I called my bank about the matter and I told them what happened and I want my money back. I am glad that it resolved quick after I filled complain to paypal I got my money back. I was so relieve, I become extra careful after that day whenever I want using paypal to purchase something online. Have somebody ever hack you bank account?

Knocking on wood, I've never had my account hacked. I never access any secure links via e-mail or through any other websites no matter how official they look (classic phishing schemes). And I always make sure the page I am on is secure.
varier gave good advice about scanning/checking your computer for malware/keylogger. GoDaddy and PayPal are very secure.

Thanks heavens your bank acted quickly in solving that issue. I thought papal was very secure am surprised to hear that you got hacked. Are you sure it was not just a buddy who knows your password somehow. What did PayPal do after this and how fast did they respond to your issue. Should I be worried about PayPal?

Paypal asked me to submit my claim number and I got my money back. My friend lose over $16000 with paypal over jewelry she purchased from overseas and hacker from paypal. She can't get her refund because the seller is from overseas then she got hacked when she tried to report that to paypal representative and that's how she lost those much.

That's pretty scary. I've purchase a couple of items via online before but luckily my account wasn't hacked and I don't need to go through such experience. That was a very fast move considering the hacker manager to make that purchase simultaneously after your purchase. Were you using public computer or your own? Maybe there's keylogger or malware in your pc.
