plain crush, soulmate or love?

When I was a student and doing my internship. I saw this guy who seem to caught my attention. He is not that good looking but is passable. Not a normal guy to have a crush with. Actually I dont know if I can call it a crush or something else. Whenever we met, our eyes would meet. I dont know if we have a connection or it was just because I was looking also. We never interacted. When I graduated and started working in the same institution where I train, I rarely saw him. Because he too move in a higher position. So I just go on with my life and I bet he does to with his. I get to dream of him once in a while and it will give me a pleasant feeling. There are times when his name and picture would appear on my Facebook account in the friends you may know section. And I got that tingling feeling or excitement because I see him again. But I never added him on my friend's list. Then yesterday, I met him again at my work place unexpectedly. I felt happy and when I slept that night I was able to dream of him. The first time I met him was way back in yr 2003, now he still have an effect on me. I do not know if it is just crush, my soulmate or the love I never had. I do have other crush than him but he seems to be on top of the list. I am just reminiscing, I dont even know if their is a possibility for us to even talk. Hahaha!!! maybe I am just a dreamer.

Dreams may come true and there is a high possibility that one day you may become friends. You never know, he may also be going under the same dreams and thoughts. Most probably when we think about someone, there is usually a possibility that the other person is also thinking about us.

Thanks for the comment. It made me smile. A very slim chance because we do not move in the same circle. But yes there is still that chance. But I do not even know if we are compatible, it is just like I am attracted to him in reasons I do not know or cant explain.

Hi! i'm just finish reading your post.And i'm so happy that i'm not the only one, who's been in this kind of situation. The difference is that this person who's so special for me,is that we never work in the same field, we never saw each other everyday. I'm still wishing that one day i & him could be friends . I'm happy if that would be happen.
But i'm still believe that this dreams or this feeling if not work out it still my happiest moment about him. You should also happy everyday that you have him as an inspiration & one day you two will be end up as friends or maybe more than that. Just believe. :)

Well you and I might have the same situation. Actually I do not see him often in my work place. He only comes when he has business to deal with. I do not see him as my inspiration. But I do get inspired if ever I do see him. Just believe, you too.

Me and my boyfriend of almost 2 years met when we were both 16. I think it was love at first sight for me. I always see him at a van terminal where we both usually go to commute to school. I dreamed about him every night and daydreamed about him at day. Haha. He's my crush and I felt like he was really meant for me. It took more than one year for me to have the courage to introduce myself to him. Through common friends, we met and this is how we became what we are now. I encourage you to talk to him! Maybe you can find help from common friends. Maybe he notices you too and just scared to make the first move or he's too shy. I'm so happy for you and I'm so excited as I can see myself in you. Well, who knows, no one knows aint? Maybe one day the time will come that he will approach you, or maybe there will be a situation where you will get the chance to talk with him.I remember incident in my life where a friend, a long time friend only confesses his feeling towards me the time he heard about my wedding :p ...He said, he was too shy to tell me and don't want me to think that he is talking advantage of our friendship. Oh well...maybe it's not us.
but in your case, maybe it's the other way round :)

Maybe it was not meant to happen between the two of you. I dont know what to do if it does happen to me. He might be the love that i was not able to get over with. hahaha!!! I really do not know. Someday, and yes no one knows for sure.

You know it’s better to try and fail than never to have tried at all. I think you should ask him out. The worst thing that can happen is say no, and since the two of you are in different departments it wont be weird because you never bump into each other.
