I've had migraines before but yesterday was THE worse, thought I was going to die. Woke up with a mild headache yesterday morning, came on mylot for a couple hours, washed my car, but the headache intensified, deceided it was time for some medication. Let me tell you driving with a headache is risky business, I live alone so I had no choice. Purchased my meds, got in the car and took a few right there in the parking lot. The pain got worse, on the way home, started to feel upset in my stomach. By the time I reached home that was it, I was throwing up like nobody's business. The pain in my head kept on coming, tooks more meds and went and laid myself down on my bed. Got up a few mins. later and not only was the pain still there, but I had more throwing up to do. Thought I was going to die so I called my mom and let her know what's going on. My day continued with more headaches and throwing up. Woke up this morning with a mild pain in my head and a very sore throat, but no vomitting thank GOD. I think my body was cleaning itself, sometimes we eat so much "poison" on a daily basis, and our poor body has to take it, well sometimes it fights back and I think that's what happened yesterday. You see the day before and the days before that I ate a whole lot of junk, then the night before I crowned it off with what appeared to be a 1/4 pc BBQ chicken, that wasn't fully cooked, with fries. I think my body had enough and fought back. It's healthy eating for me from here on out. I'm afraid to eat out now, such was the intensity of what I went through yesterday. My friends take care of your bodies, watch what you eat, stay healthy. I had to learn that lesson the hard way.

I have experienced the same thing with you,I know how painful it is and it's really so frustrating. It attacked me when I woke up,I went straight to our bathroom 'cause I had to vomit and I'm perspiring cold. I took flanax and it somehow stopped my vomiting but the headache is still there. I think the cause of my migraine is with my eyes and too much caffeine. That's the reason why I didn't spend so much time online these past few days. I had to see a doctor for medicine prescription but luckily,I haven't take the medicine he prescribed me 'cause my migraine did not attack me again,I hope it wont come back, waaaa!!!

I normally use vasograine for the headaches, I use to use something called syndol but they have since halted manufacturing the product. that syndol was powerful got rid of the pain in mins, but it made you sleep. the vasograine isn't so potent, but it'll have to do, I too hope that the migraine doesn't attack you, it's not a nice thing at all

Sometime migraine headaches are brought on by an allergic reaction to certain types of foods. Other times it is brought on by stress. There are many different causes of migraines. I myself get them on a daily basis but i do not experience the headache so to speak but the flashing lights. These will last for as long as a half hour and will actually make me sick to my stomach but other times they will last only a few minutes in which I have no sick to the stomach and vomiting feelings. It sounds like yours may be some type of an allegic reaction and if they continue I would seriously consider talking to your physician and maybe some testing may be able to pinpoint a cause and if anything rule out other possible causes.

thanks for the recommendation. well thankfully even though I woke up with a mild headache this morning it hasn't intensified, but I'll definitely pay a visit to a physician if the situation persists. thanks again
