Hi!
I have pet, name is niky. I want some tips related to pet care, Some expertise say that dogs and humans have been best friends for long. While dogs give unconditional love, loyalty and friendship to their owners, the owners are, in turn, responsible for their proper care, food and water, shelter safety, regular veterinary care and exercise. In fact, if you do not undertake proper care of your dog, it is not only likely to suffer from physical problems, but behavioral problems as well.
So if you have some tips then suggest me.

Hi there,
I have a pet dog, too. Its breed is Toy poodle. You are right, pets are man's best friend. With my baby, she is so adorable and cuddly. I really give her so much of my time and we have routines. I give her play and walk time in the morning for few minutes before giving her food. I also give her vitamins and dog treats. During lunch time, I again check her and let her out from her playpen and during snack time. When 5 pm comes, we both take a walk outside and play before she takes her dinner time. I bathe her twice or 3 times a week depending on the weather. Since it is nearing summer time here, I need to bathe her frequently or at least spray water on her to refresh. I apply conditioner once a month and take her to the grooming every 2 months. Last Sunday, we just visited the vet clinic for grooming session and deworming. Deworming is monthly basis. She has completed her vaccines and the next vaccine would be the yearly vaccine.
It is true, our pet's health is important that's why I don't let and allow my pet to eat what's prohibited. Make sure the foods you give are those prescribed for your pet. Avoid or do not feed your pet the prohibited ones like chocolates, raisins or peanuts and more. By the way, what's the breed of your pet? I have to ask this because each breed has different needs. Check some more tips on the internet.

Our Basset hound, Rosie, is the center of our hearts. She loves her parents and her granny. I'm her granny and she is my Granddogger.
Yes, I agree with those prohibited foods, also anything with onions is bad too.. onions are like a poison to them, just like chocolate is. I read that white chocolate (which isn't really chocolate) is okay but the dark and milk chocolates are not safe.

I find it cute when pet owners give cute or silly names to their pets. It makes them owners appear to be totally endearing, especially upon knowing how serious in nature they are in reality. It goes to show that humans do have compassion after all, except for animal abusers. Those are totally uncalled for.

We take care of our pets as we take care of our children because in essence they are children. We feed and nurture, we praise when they do good and we scold when they do wrong. I myself have 8 dogs and they are as loyal and loving as they can possibly be and they are very protective. You can not ask for a better friend as they will always stand beside you if you treat them right. But if you do not then you cannot expect them to be loyal. Just love you dog and in turn you will receive that love back.

I would start out by telling you to buy proper food for the dog. I would ask the vet which food is best for the dog's age, body build and so for. I also would suggest good nutritious treats and toys so that the dog doesn't get bored. Of course pay attention to your dog. Walk him and play with him, as well as show love and affection to him.
Keep him up with his shots, and vet check ups. Keep him flea and tick free, so that he can be happy and healthy.
It's expensive to keep a dog and keep up with his shots and veterinary care, but it's important. Too many people don't give the care that is needed which causes undo suffering for the dog.
Dental care is something else that is often forgotten about. Just like we need to take care of our teeth, we need to take care of our pet's teeth. Our dog likes having her teeth brushed with chicken flavored toothpaste.
We also use the dog version of baby wipes to clean out our Basset's ears. We also keep her eyes clean and her feet clean by wiping them down with those wipes. She gets dirt on her paws when she goes out, so we clean off her feet so the dirt isn't tracked onto the rug.
We buy our stuff at a pet supply store where pets are welcomed to come shop with us. Our Rosie loves the attention she gets.
I would never buy that bargain brand dog food unless I was just out of dog food and had little money and needed to buy food until I got paid again. I buy Pedigree dog food. Rosie likes lamb and rice .. and there is another kind we buy of the same brand (Pedigree).

Tips on keeping a pet dog;
1. Vaccinations are very important.
2. Regular washing of the dog but only when it is warm outside
3. Feeding at least thrice a day for puppies and once for grown dogs.
4. Regular walking of the dog. It needs a lot of exercise
5. Play with your dog as often as you can. This will help the dog understand you and know what is good or bad..
6. If they are puppies put anything that they can get in their teeth far away
