question about alert pay?

Hey all I am a new user of alertpay.
As a new member of the site I have a few questions, I have added a bank account and got some money in my alertpay account, but what is the minimum I need in there in order to withdraw it to my bank account?
2) are there fees to withdraw the money to my bank account?
Any help would be helpful.

yes afcourse if u want to send 50$ to your bank account from alertpay then u will charge 20$. and 30 will transfer . where u from wich contry i mean
