The Scooter Serial Killer in France

Hi mylotters, Since a week some horrible things are happening in France( City Toulouse). A "new" serial killer is killing people and the police didn't find hin at the moment I'm writing this. The 11th March he killed a soldier, the 15th march he killed 3 soldiers and the morning he killed four persons ( 3 childs). The profilers named him the Scooter killer. All the peoples he kill are strangers or Jews. Sometime I don't understand how that's possible in our civilisation. I feel that it's getting worse with the years. What do you think about all those crimes, seriel killer,.... ? I hope he will be find the fast as possible.
