Sometimes i do my haircut by myself.lol

My mom used to cut our hair before. I think she's interested to be a hair dresser but gave up on it eventually. She also used to make gowns and girl's clothings, so I think her creativity leans on those interests. I haven't tried cutting my own hair before. I'm afraid it might end up uneven. I don't wanna look like I just had a fight with a barber.

I don't cut my own hair today, but I have done it in the past. One day when I was a teenager I saw a girl who had a haircut that I really liked. I decided that I would cut my hair just like hers. Unfortuneately it not turn out the way I had planned and it looked really awful. I had to ask a hairdresser to fix it for me and she stared at me and said "What did you do to your hair?" I lied and told her that my mom did it, but I don't think that she believed me Since that time I haven't tried to cut my own hair! I often dye my own hair, and it looks just fine, so I am not going to pay a hairdresser for that, but I don't mind paying for a haircut. I think that it is better than creating another "haircut disaster"

I do my fringes myself too at times but now I like my fringes long, long enough to tuck them behind my ears. I have also cut my friends hair in the past and they said they loved it. I look for stuffs online, the tricks online and do it on myself or my friends hehe!

I cut my hair by my own too especially my bangs and on the sides of my cheek because even if I cut it on my own, it won't look bad because it's just the hair in the front that I'm cutting so I better spend nothing than to get my bangs cut expensively.

Nothing wrong with cutting your own hair provided you are able to do it right and you like the way you look. Infact most people would like to cut their own hair but they just do not know to go about doing it.

Jealous...lol! I've always wanted to cut my hair by myself, but I guess I'm not good at it... Well, coloring hair is my talent I guess. Everytime I dye my hair, my friends would notice that it suits me or would even ask the salon where I dyed my hair (I get this questions all the time.) One of my friend is like you. She cuts her own hair while poor at coloring. I'd say we'd be a tandem. A hair stylist and a hair coloring specialist. What do you say,huh? hahaha:) Keep rockin'

Since I cannot usually afford expensive hair stylist and I don't wanna go for the cheap ones as they cannot imitate the style I want, I usually just cut my own bangs and also the layers on the sides of my faces. That saves money!
