Victim of RNM. Need help!

I guess I've been a victim of remote neural monitoring for a long time. But I got this feeling only a few days ago. I mean I've had these symptoms for quite a long time now but only recently I sensed about it. Feels like somebody is watching over me like a shadow and reading all my thoughts. I don't feel secure at all. It's a complete invasion of privacy and is killing me day and night. Need help.. Can somebody tell me how to find out who is doing this to me and and how to get rid of this??
