Hi, Deodavid! I don't know what exactly you need and why it's so hard for you to chose a salad. But I'd suggest you to open the fridge or the place you have your vegetables. You can chose what you like today or just take what you have, add some oil and vinegar or lemon juice. You can then eat this with a bit of cheese or some ham and some bread or without bread. It's simple - take what you have, don't think a lot, just follow your feelings and your meal is ready. Bon appetit!

Hi there fanittia, Sometimes the best answer to the most challenging questions at the moment is the simplest answer, i think ill just get my lettuce, tomato and some blue cheese voila i can now eat, sometimes I am just way in over my head. Thanks girl or guy i don't know. Thanks again.

I suggest try the usual garden salad. No more fuss when it comes to cooking. Plainly fresh vegetables and a little bit of dressing on your choice. and you're good to go! :)

When I need lots of fiber, what I doi is eat asalad that is a mixture of cooked corn kernels (the corn on the cob kindwhich you scarcely boil) and slices tomato. I make a dressing with just salt, pepper and sunflower oil (for some reason I prefer this oil for this particular salad). Get fresh or frozen corn. Canned corn can be awful unless you discover the right brand.

Hi deodavid, If you wanna make a healthy salad and yet dont have to cook try making a raw salad. with a tint of lemon on it. Cut vegetables like carrot, cucumber, boiled potato etc and some fruits like apple, banana etc which are rich in fiber. cut everything into small pieces and put some lemon on it. this will be healthy also, fill your tummy and will be tasty.
