from the point of view of teachers it necessary and they come to know about what altitude we are ,but thinking in the child point of view its just a waste of time as though child know every thing but it cannot explain fully in the examination and thus he or she lack behind over all it is necessary

Of course it is totally necessary. Taking examinations helps students recover their knowledge of courses and have more effort in study. Imagine that if there is no examination after finishing the course in the class, then student may not see back that course anymore and they also forget it all after 1 week...

Absolutely! When I was a student I do hate exams but I know it is necessary to as a form of evaluation if you understand the lesson or not.
