Hi guys! Can you feel the heat?Summer is fast approaching and I am sure people will look forward to having a nice vacation. I also want to have a short vacation with my family but more than that I want to start pursuing my profession as a nurse.I am working now but it not related to my course so I hope my training will start by summer. We have a ton of work to do to get our yards front and back into order. The flooding in September left broken fences, washed away garden beds, fire wood left all over the place and garbage everywhere. The Garbage is amazing, it collected between trees and under logs and fence. It floated in from all over the place too. We found the other day a empty keg from the bar about a half mile down the road under a bunch of brush we thought was all a downed tree! Anyway our hope is to get it all cleaned up and grass grown on etc. We of coarse will also go hiking and fishing as well as some camping and at least a week down the shore. I am a Jersey girl after all and though Seaside was a choice spot we don't all act like Snooki..

swimming pool - summer destination
Summer is fun! And because summer is fun it would be very odd if my family will not join in the fun. So this summer my family would go to a beach resort. I have 3 beach resorts in mind and we are just choosing which of the 3 is best. I have to check out all the amenities of each and also the rates. I would consider also the accessibility. I wanna make sure also that the rate is worth paying. I would make sure that aside from the beach, there is also swimming pool for the kids. I am going to finalize our booking today to whichever beach resort is chosen by the whole family.

I have a couple of plans for this summer. My friend, his girlfriend, my husband and I are going to visit a German island in July. I have been there many years ago, because my parents and I visted the island when I was a child, but I don't really remember much from that trip and I wasn't interested in sightseeing at that time, so it will be interesting to visit that island again. My husband and I have also planned another trip. We are going to visit the north of Denmark. We want to visit a town called Nykoebing Mors and we want to visit a house decorated with snail houses. I have only seen that house on pictures and I look forward to visiting it in person.

Hi! Wow, what a nice plan you have there. I would also want to visit Europe although its miles away from my country. I do hope you will be able to reminisce some good childhood memories through that island in Germany. Enjoy your vacation and be safe,:)

If I could do anything that I wanted to this summer, the thing that I would really like to be able to do would be to take a vacation with the kids because that is something that we haven't gotten to do since my son was a baby. But, we really aren't able to do that because my husband has oncologist appointments in the early summer that might result in amother round of chemotherapy. Since a vacation is not in the books for us, I have my son playing baseball. In addition to that, I am hoping that we will be able to do a lot of weekend outtings like hiking and fishing.

Hi! You should really take a vacation. It may not be for days but you can do it in the afternoon so that your husband can also come. Maybe you can go to a beach near your residence, or a resort.I do hope your husband gets well soon. At least you still find ways to bond with your son.I hope you will enjoy your summer.;)

My family and I have a lot on our to-do list for this summer. Whether or not it all will actually be accomplished, that is yet to be seen. First, my husband and I are wanting to try to set up a small business that I can run from home so that I will be able to be here with our children all the time. That is definately something that is on the front burner at the moment and will continue to be until we are able to see results. We are wanting to sell our house so that we can move closer to the town that my husband works in. As it is, he has close to two hours drive time each day, which severely cuts into family time. So, selling this house and finding a new one is a plan for this summer. In June we have a family reunion to attend, which I am trying to orchestrate. Should be interesting, too. Both of my parents are asking for this, and they want each of their families invited. So it will be an extremely large reunion. I look forward to spending time with all my extended family, but all the work involved for me is not something that has me excited. And the last of our summer plans is a family vacation. Where to has not yet been decided. WE have a general idea, but haven't set any definative plans yet. It will either be to Yosemite, Colorado, or South Texas. The kids are all rooting for Texas, but we are kinda wanting something that will be new and a memorable experience for them. We lived in South Texas for a few years, so they have done just about everything there is to do down there. I am leaning towards a trip to the Rockies to enjoy God's beauty. After all of this, I think a little relaxation sounds nice.

Hi! I like your plans, very well thought of. I agree that moving to a house near where your husband works is very practical. It will not only save money but also time. I hope you business plans will also succeed so that you will be able to become productive but can still take care of your children. You and your husband thought of this well.Reunions are really exciting and good luck to your plans for that. You have indeed a lot of plans and I hope you will all enjoy that.;)

I'm nurse by profession but I am working on my business.. I am planning to pursue my profession if I earn enough money to pay for the trainings that I will be needing. But right now, I am still enjoying life, working hard on the business so that I can go on a trip this summer with my friends or family..

I can feel the heat but as a stay-at-home mother I work online as a freelance writer while at the same time, taking care of my daughter and pets. We don't have a househelper here so I also take care of the household chores.

Well probably you can have a short break with your family before you start your training. Unfortunately for me, I will be spending my vacation at home especially this coming holiday season. My family will go for a vacation in our province with the rest of our relatives for the "Padasal" since it will be their family who will sponsor it. Since I am pregnant, my doctor didn't allow me to have a long travel.

Well I think the biggest thing is to just enjoy the summer as much as I can, while keeping cool. Other than that, there do seem to be no plans set right in stone but I'm sure something intriguing may materialize. Or it is going to be just a nice leisurely summer, that is hopefully not as wretchedly hot as the last summer, where it does seem like the humidity and the warm weather is just causing a lot of woe. Still I am hoping that there will be a little bit less drama this summer. There was just a little bit of drama last summer and some the summer before. But since then it has been quiet for the most part and I do really think that there are times where the summer needs to be a bit more comfortable, a bit more enjoyable, and I do hope that it will be a great time for the summer. I remain hopeful even if no plans are set in stone.

I have plans of going to Texas this summer. Despite coming from the great white north called Canada, you'd think I'd be doing this in the winter. I usually go in the winter however, I skipped out this past winter, and therefore I am heading down South in July. I also plan on talking to the US Embassy about me immigrating to TX to start my business down there as a professional dog trainer. Other than that, I'm gonna soak up the sun, and have fun!

What heath? Spring just started and in few weeks I will be in Hungary for some time. During summer I will be there too, like each year. Only if it's kind of rain season (like the summers in my country look in the past few years and like I had 2 years ago in Hungary) I will see if I can go somewhere else too where it's dry, hot temp and the sun is shining. But if so that has to be a last minute booking by plane.
