South Beach Diet?

Has anyone tried the South Beach Diet? How did it work for you?
I tried it several months ago and lost 35 lbs in a month and a half- but I went off the diet and gained it all back very quickly....has anyone else had any luck with it? I am thinking of going back on it soon!

I took the South Beach Diet for a spin and I didn't get anywhere on it. I did; however, get a few good recipes out of the book.
I do best on the Metabolism B diet when I increase my potassium to strengthen my heart.
Metabolism B is protein, some fat and only 5 carbs every 5 hours for 8 weeks.
It's springtime. I'm ready to look and feel better!
