I'm assuming you mean dark chocolate since there is no black chocolate. I don't like dark chocolate it doesn't taste good for me even though it is healthy for you it does have the same amount of caffeine in it which isn't always good for you. I like milk chocolate it doesn't taste like ear wax or frosting. Frosting is yucky to me they have the same taste as each other.

I managed to pass all the holidays on chocolate. I have been doing very good not eating any kind of candy. Then i got ill and just felt horrible.
I picked up a piece of milk chocolate and now i am eating it again. I figure something in my system missed it. I will quit again adn it will not bother me.
amaybe once or twice a year i want a few pieces but nothing that would keep me to gain weight.
Maybe its easter and all the milk chocolate easter eggs
Who know3s but I know I will not continute with it.
I have been eating a great deal of fruit bars frozen and they taste heavenly!
Been eating more fruit than anything.

What? Really? Black chocolates don't make you fat? Wow really?

When eaten in moderation. It doesn't have milk fat or sugar (the real, more expensive stuff, anyway... Hershey's and Dove and some of the more commercial brands do add milk and sugar to theirs). In fact, I found a list of snacks that are good if you are trying to lose weight but feel hungry between meals. Things like half an apple, a slice of cheese, or... an ounce of dark chocolate.

I love black chocolate too. That's my mom's favorite kind of chocolate so we always have black chocolate here in our home. I don't know if it's gonna make you fat but we don't get fat even if we always eat chocolate. It's much healthier than the milk chocolate.

I actually prefer it to milk chocolate. I find that I have to be really picky about my milk chocolate treats anymore because they are so sweet. I still like my Reese's cups but even those I buy the dark chocolate ones when I can find them.

It is more appropriately, Dark Chocolate, and I love it absolutely, although I do not eat it regularly, as it is a bit expensive for my liking! When I am really feeling blue and depressed or lacking energy to do anything, that is when I eat the chocolate and it really helps me lift my mood and alleviate my energy levels.

Nothing wrong whatsoever with a little chocolate here and a little chocolate there. I find that I tend to be a lot more at ease when I indulge myself in a little chocolate every now and then. Of course, it does tend to kind of miss its purpose when I eat it just all too often and sadly there are just times where I might get a little bit out of control, because chocolate is good and good food makes us want to eat it more, even if we shouldn't.
Still when I am about ready to lose my mind, as I tend to do every so often, I just go straight to the chocolate and I am a bit better than I was in the past. Chocolate is just something that is going to taste a little bit good and it is just going to really be something that is really good. I think many love chocolate. I know that I do, perhaps a little too much but what are you going to do? What are you going to do.
