How big/small is the wound? If it is a bigger wound, I would suggest you to take him to the hospital to avoid the wound getting infected. The doctor will prescribed for you ointment that you can use. I am not sure of any natural remedy that you can use. Small burns just get healed by their own.

It is really big compared to the size of his body but it is not deep.
Yes, we already brought him to the hospital and we were already given antibacterial ointment that will be applied every after cleaning (once a day). As of now, the wound are starting to dry-up.
I just want to ask some ideas on how to make the wound heal faster without leaving marks.

We will try to use almond oil or virgin coconut oil to prevent from further dryness of the skin. We will find another ointment afterwards. We will ask his pedia for that before applyng any ointments.

It is good that the wound is already drying up. I do not think there is anything else you can do to hasten the healing process since any wound goes through stage before healing. What you can do is to boost his immunity by giving him vitamin C rich food. It is also hard to prevent a scar from forming but you can use some ointment/cream later on when it is fully healed to clear it. One ointment that I know works is Skarfix. You can enquire about it from your doctor later on.

COLD WATER!!!! If you get burned, at all, in any way, put it in cold water, immediately!

For a small burn, sweet almond oil helps. And if he has not put cold water on it immediately, a menthol toothpaste can replace an analgesic -- due to menthol -- until a doctor prescribes something more... medical, but it will not cure the burn faster.

Yes, some say toothpaste due to its soothing effect but some say that petroleum jelly is better to put instead of toothpaste. Thanks.

Happy to hear that your son got recovered from wounds...you can apply turmeric powder
on the place where marks are...it acts as antiseptic and also removes the marks quickly..All the best

I'll research first on the turmeric powder before using it. Thanks for the info.
Now, I bought "sebo de macho" for initial trial. My friend says almond oil is good, however, it seems hard to find it here in the Philippines. My friend from Dubai, told me that she will send us the said oil if someone goes home here.

Yes we did follow the doctor's instructions. We gave our son antibiotics based on the prescription and pain reliever. Good to know that my son is okay now. His wounds are getting better and already dried-up. Just want to know what would be the best natural remedy to remove the marks. However, the doctor said that the skin will be back to normal soon...
