I haven't tried that one, but was very interested to read about it. I just cut back my portions and do some extra excercise to keep my weight down and no eating of junk food sweets and cakes

I agree with you! Years, back I went into personal diet program. What i did was I cut back from eating junk food and drinking soda and cold water. And it was really effective.
