If your child keeps asking you the same question over and over and even though you already gave them your answer, do you ever change it just to get them to shut up?

we have to be patient answering kids of the same question and it must be an honest answer.if the child asks repeatedly,we have to elaborate it so that he/she will understand it.because kids have so many things in mind that they want to learn..and we,as a parent are the first teacher for them..

If my daughter was asking me the same question over and over again, I wouldn't tell her to shut up even if I felt like saying it. I would just keep telling her the same thing just in a different way each time. It might be the way I'm answering might not be in the way she understands what I'm saying this maybe the reason why she keeps asking or it could be just a phase.
