It's almost my mom's birthday and i wanna throw a party for her.. But apart from that, I want to give her something really special and unique.. Can anyone suggest what is the best gift I can give her??

I would like to suggest gifts that are hand-made like bracelet, cross-stretched wallet, necklace, a photo collage or a slide-show. But never forget the letter. It is the best gift ever. You can also buy her something that she loves the most. You can also buy her a bag; treat her to a massage spa or salon.

its tough to suggest a gift for someone you don't know but what i generally do for something like that is to do a scrapbook. for Christmas last year, i redid my daughter's baby books. os what about a decorated jar (hand decorated by you) with 365 strips of paper that tell funny stories, why you love her, etc). something that is homemade is generally better than something store bought.

those are really creative suggestions.. i do enjoy those stuff, too.. i remember i have also gave a scrapbook to my boyfriend as a gift.. it's really a nice, cool way to keep memories.. thanx for the ideas.. and i love the decorated jar you suggested! it's something i have never tried before.. maybe i could try that this time.. :D
