i have read recently of an article that says cabbage juice can help relieve ulcer.. and as a sufferer (i believe so), i am planning to try that.. have anyone here tried this and did help?? i certainly don't like the smell of it how much more if i drink it's raw juice?! must be awful!! but i do love to eat it when it's cooked.. it was even stated that a very high percentage was noted for the relief of ulcer in just 10 days.. but that was under a doctor's supervision.. i want to try this on my own though, so as not to pay a doctor any longer..

I love my veggies, but I'm not personally too fond of cabbage. Not sure I'd want to drink a cabbage shake unless it had something else a bit more appealing to me added as well. As for whether or not it works, no clue. Never had that problem or tried the solution. I assume the only harm it can do is an unpleasant taste, so if you want to give it a try... then it might be worth it. I'm sure there are other health benefits to cabbage.

certainly.. it was also said that this is a food that can help prevent cancer.. really worth the try.. after all, it's still vegetable.. might just have to eat or drink something that would wash away the unpleasant taste...

I hope so, too.. I just suffered from another painful attack just recently.. It's really frustrating having to eat something delicious and then after the meal, here comes the pain.. I just wish it would go away..

Well, give it a try. Or ten. I doubt it can hurt anything save for the taste. I hope it works out for you! Or if not, then I hope you'll find something that works!

Most vegetables can keep our body healthy so we should eat them daily. Just try taking it and see if it works, you can just mix it with juice to make it taste better. medicine usually does not taste well.

I haven't heard of it giving relief for ulcers but then again I haven't looked into it at all but you could try it out and see if it helps you. It can't harm you as it doesn't have any chemicals so you don't have to worry about side effects like taking medicine. If there is a credible study/research to support this claim then you should really try it...

Now I know cabbage shake cures ulcer. I’ll try it some other time if my ulcer occurs. Better drink cabbage shakes than to pay a lot in hospitals bills. It’s a home remedy. Thank you for sharing that. Cover your nose when you drink and drink it fast. So you will not vomit.
