well whatever bdget you have then go for it. it doesn't have to be the most expensive, although we all wish for that but whatever you can afford is already good

the value/amount of the gift doesn't matter. as long as that gift comes from the bottom of your heart.

Personal choice. Do you feel obligated to impress anyone? Consider your budget and decide what you can do. If you're unable to afford a gift you can consider your presence the gift by showing up for the celebration.
