SUMMER: It's more fun in the Philippines

It's the month of March and summer has set in. Expect it to be sunny and hot. Just like today, you can definitely call it a hot Thursday afternoon. Based from the Yahoo weather update it's 33 degrees C outside. Now, what would be the perfect remedy to fight off this scorging heat? Basking in a pool or the beach would be perfect! Summer in the Philippines is more fun given that we have beautiful beaches and view to offer. If you want to go to Luzon you can visit the Caramoan Peninsula, Anawangin and Potipot in Zambales, Pagodpod in Ilocos and Laiya in Batangas. These beaches mentioned offer spectacular views and you'll probably love instantly if you're a nature person. Another island stopover would be Visayas. People would automatically think of BORACAY. The place can be coined as the summer capital in the Philippines. A lot of celebrities fly there and enjoy their stay by basking in the beach or party the night away. Another place that can offer you magnificent sand and beach would be Danao. It's just an hour drive from Cebu City as what the residents of Cebu told me. It's a haven for both adults and children. Last but definitely not the least would be Mindanao. If you love to surf then Siargao's Cloud 9 and Mati would be the perfect place for you to shout "Surf's up!". If you're the laidback type of person that just wants to do sunbathing then the beaches at Island Garden City of Small otherwise know as Samal would be the perfect choice. You can pick whatever resort you want to go to since this place offers alot of resorts or you can do Island Hopping and diving at the same time. Summer's up and it's high time to go out and enjoy the season with friends! If you're planning on having a beach vacation, then you can choose Philippines!
