Hu Jintao, the most powerful man ?

China is one of the fastest developing countries in the world. Its economy grew by over 10-12 % per year ! In almost all aspects China shares firs or second place with USA. Most experts now define China as the strongest economy in the world. The port of Shang Hai is the largest in the worl!The richest company in the world is Chinese! Most experts and even the people in the Pentagon believe that China will become world leader soon. So do you think that Hu Jintao will become the most powerful man in the world or think that will be Obama or Putin ?

Obama can't compete against Putin or Hu Jintao in my opinion, I would say Hu Jintao is more powerful than Putin but then again we don't learn much about Russia these days in America do we? :\
It's all about China's rising economy.
I'm not sure if the President of China can alone declare war but I do know that the President of USA cannot without having approval of the congress.
I'm not exactly clear on what I'm talking about now but I'm quite sure the President of China have more power than the USA President as he is the General Secretary of the Communist party of China.
