At work, sometimes if not all the times, you will find an office mate, a co-worker that will actually test your temper. He/She will kinda bully you or tell something about your job. He will tell that you are wrong, that's not enough and sort of some other things. In my case, I encounter those people but I just take their opinions as a competitive criticisms that I will strive harder and harder. How about you, can you share your experience?

You could talk to their supervisor and report them for harrassing or bullying you.

Sad to say but I think it will not work. Working in a foreign country where you really a stranger to everyone. Your boss is the same as the nationality of your co worker. You know that feeling.

Internet explorer is your computers default browser and is quite cool. I think Firefox is used more than chrome. Anyway, those aside, go to the options in internet explorer, then go to the tab named connections. From here you should be able o see the problem. Probably you have put a proxy that is different from the one used or you haven’t put a proxy where you should have. I hope I have helped and also I hope you will switch from chrome to Mozilla.

I used to have a co-worker with a similar attitude like that but I never answered her back and just continued with what I do. Our employer found out about it and fired her. No one in his office should bully his own employees and he wants to keep it strictly as a work environment.

It must be very difficult to work in such an environment and with such co-workers. It can be very stressful but you should talk to your boss or anyone incharge about htis bullying situation as no one should have to go undergo this abuse and it should be dealt with....

Oh that must be hard to work in an environment like that. Too much pressure, not only do you have to do better at work but constantly prove yourself to those bullies that you are better at what you do. I do not get the logic why co workers will do that to you. Maybe they are jealous of your current position. Constructive criticism is good, they will help you grow in your chosen career. You cant have to see it in a positive way maybe he/she is just really trying to help you. In my work environment, I do not know of someone who actually bullies another co worker or me. Yes, I think it is natural that we meet people in the work place that we cant seem to get along or we do not like how they work, the product of their work but it is against work ethics to bully them for it. We cannot please all people. We just simply have to do our best.

In the US, the best way to discourage a bullier is to remind them that there are laws in place that protect you from getting harrassed at work! Otherwise, I would do just as you are doing, take it as constructive criticism and ignore them.
