I like to see some review for site before signup, please let me know if its really paying or not? I am in process to discover some genuine sites for real good work from home in part time therefore please share your experience with us...

I just checked the site. I see, you are referring to this page, right? - http://alternatives2abortion.com/get-paid-to-comment
But if we are looking closely to "Recent Comment", the last comment was being made on 2009, and it's still on "pending approval" 
. I highly doubt that this site are paying..
