I just started working in a new company...and this is the first that my employment is "project based" ... meaning, if the project ends...so thus my employment. There's no regularization and stuff.
Its kinda threatening in a way that my employment can just end in a snap. But its also good in a way that I'm learning to work hard and do good with the new job I'm in. Cause if I do good...then my employment would be safe.
Any of you guys in this kind of employment? Is it better than being a regular employee?

I came to the company I am with now through a temporary service and was very happy when I got a permanent position. I think that sometimes temporary or project based jobs just give employers a chance to see what kind of work they can expect from someone before they hire them.
Hang in there and it might lead to greater things...if nothing else..it will be some really good experience.
