is it really required to have a reason in everything that we do....

Question? How can you do a thing if you do not have reasons? Sometimes, reasons were meaningful, we cannot act if we have no reason to act. Just like breathing, what's our reason for breathing? We breath for us to live.

if you will do something without a reason., do you think it would ever cross your mind to do it? its like saying., i cant take this chocolate cake.... everything you do., whether you know it or not, has a reason... and sometimes... those reasons are the main focal point that drives you to do better... whether you have figured out the reason or not., every move you make, has a reason... every step you take., brings you closer to the reason as to why yo took that step... :D so., no! you cant do anything without a reason... whether you agree to me or not,. thats life and life is reason enough to make you start believing in whatever you are doing.... :) good day :D

Hello, airasheila. This is a very good discussion you brought up here. Let me share to you something that I just realized... I had been waking up in the morning for the past 15 years of my life to go to school, study, get good grades and go back home. I had been doing this routine for all those years yet I never knew the reason why I'm doing it. Yeah, I know the reason for one but it's not MY reason...but that of my father's. I have to go to school to get good grades and get a good job when I'm out of it. It was a boring life that I would love to get myself killed anytime. I'm bored, I don't know what my future holds--I mean, I really can't instantly get a job after graduation, right?--and the act of going to school does not have a purpose according to my thoughts. Then one busy Monday morning, as I was sitting inside a cab to go to school, BAM, I saw something that changed me a lot in that one instant. Yeah, I see it everyday but I really saw it. I saw people walking by: students, adults and teachers but what I realized was, all these people do the same thing as the other is doing in all their life and they don't know it. It's a cycle of activities, a system and it's not something that I like for myself. People when still young go to school then graduate, get a job, get into debts, retire, get into more debts then die. They seem like robots to me who don't have a dream for oneself. Yeah, they dream when still young but practicality overthrew it because of their reality. All I'm doing is something like what they had done without even knowing why I am doing such a thing... So, do I have to follow them because it's common or it's the hype? No, if I had to follow them, it has to have a reason why. Do you know that there is a reason why people have to rest or to play? It's in order to maintain their capacity to do work. Get yourself too stressed and you'll end up being useless. Even God and Jesus rests. Hope this helps and Happy MyLotting!

I am looking for a reason if i should respond to your discussion, lol! To cause an action, there must be a rational or logical concept that would cause one to react. Interestingly based on this process of reasoning, existence would be defined based on this concept of action-reaction theory. So definitely, in everything that one needs, wants or should do, there is always a spontaneous conscious or subconscious thought process which could be probably relate to "reason".

Reasons are basis and motivation for a person to decide the path to take. Without reasons, judgment is biased. If a person like to go home early and do not see the reason for riding a cab whose driver appear to be drunk, then odds are he will not reach home in time. But, if the reason is present, and he finds it a reason to ride the cab in spite of the driver looking drunk, he would arrive home in time. This means the person who found reason rather than not is more likely to choose the right choice. Just to add, my father once drove the car while drunk and still each of us were alive although it was very scary. haha

It took me sometime to respond to your question. I tried to think of something that I do without any reason, with no success. There are simply reason for everything that we do. Even how childish or foolish they are, still we have reason doing them. People bite their fingernails for the simple reason that they enjoy it. That's a valid reason. Sometimes the reason is not the popular one, that's why we think that those people are doing that thing for no reason. We wonder why those obviously untalented contestants are joining American Idol and would give comments like " They have no reason being there or they have no business there". But surely they have reasons though not the same with those talented ones whose reason is winning.

Good day dear friend Yes. we need to have, valid reason behind our actions because we cannot do anything without any reason even we think that we are acting or doing something without any reason but the bitter fact is that we are actually tired of doing all the work for some reason and so we pose/pretend that we are doing particular task without any reason but reason behind that task is there and that his we wanted to do something without any reason !!! This discussion came into my mind earlier. I had been pondering, if there's such thing as things will hap[pen for a reason. Most of the person that I had met would say, Things happened because there's a reason in everything. Although, it is quite vague, the more I think about it, the more it ruins my kind of thinking. I just go with the flow, One day we will know why a certain things happen and some things won't happen.

Man is a rational being. We think before we are no matter how silly or illogical our reasoning maybe. I would not believe anybody saying I do not know? I just do it? When asked the reasons for their actions. They maybe hesisfant to share their thoughts, they do not know how to express it or they just want it to be a secret.

It depends on the person.most of us want to do something for a reason that's their motivation.there are some that they do things because they just want to do it.
