I remember my first date with my husband. We went to Yellowstone park and it was awesome. The view was beautiful, with all the different type of animals that were available to look at from your car. It was interesting how they would just come out in the road. I really loved the mountains and how they look so beautiful with the many shapes. I would have loved to go camping and just sitting down watching the view I was happy. My husband thought it was so funny and cute that I really enjoyed myself. Then we saw the beautiful waterfalls climbing up trails and looking over the ridges. It was the best first date I had with my husband. I enjoy it so much we married about 4 months after that special time we spent together. I wonder if that was too quick but we have been married for 8 years now. He still makes me feel special. I would love to hear about first dates. Was there a connection? Did you marry quickly?

Our firt date was at my friends house for dinner. I invited him. The evening started, when he didn't show up on time to pick me up. He ran out of gas. Of course, I didn't know that at the time. We went to dinner, watched a movie and called it at night. We've been together since that night. It was in October 1992, we've been married for 15-years in July. It's been a great ride, with a lot of twists and turns. Best Wishes!

That is too funny!! I like that, we all have those little mishaps that you can't avoid and those are the most memorable. Congratulations on 15 years. I am getting close to that and excited. Best Wishes to you too!!

That is awesome. How cool at a hockey game. My husband took me to a bull riding show for one of our date nights after we married. I was so out of place but it was actually fun. Congratulations on 25 years I am excited to get there and many more. Thanks for sharing

our first date with my husband we went to the museum and on the way home we went to the movie and funny thing happened I lost him because I thought he was behind me when I got into the elevator but I just realize he wasn't with me soon as I got out at the 1st floor. I came back to the 8th floor to find him but on the way back to the top I saw him wandering around in the crowd tried to find me looked so worry. I love him more that day. We married about 9 months after that day and it's been 6 years and we never stop loving each other.

That is sooo sweet. I wish my boyfriend believed in marriage because I'm a hopeless romantic and we've been together 3 years. I don't think anyone can say what is too soon to get married. Some people get married after a month, some wait 10 years. It depends on the couple. I think as long as you stay together, are committed and remain faithful, anything is possible. You two could be celebrating your 50th anniversary in no time! It bugs me how celebrity couples get married and divorced all the time. I think we need to try harder to respect the marriage. If your husband still makes you feel special after 8 years, then that is good! Good for you!

that is a great story. I have never been to yellow stone national park , i have herd that is a wonderfull place to go though. I met my boyfriend at the age of 16 i am not 19 and we are still together. He did purpose to me once when i was 16 but i did not know at the time if he was who i wanted to be with for the rest of my life. I thought we were to young and moving to fast. I think that it is great you had the confidence to say yes in that short of time. I really wish i would of said yes because i want more than anything to be married. I am currently patiently waiting. ....... I enjoyed you story i think that it is great
