hmmm, I don't want to give you a tips or a solution how to increase your weight. but I want to share my problem that is same with you. At least you will understand that it's happened not only to you but also to millions people in the world. we have try try evrything to increase it, but no result. You said that you are happy, so let life go on without worrying our weight. we don't know that maybe someday we will be fat, and we will be really hate it too. Most of my friends said that we must eat dinner before sleeping at night, we must eat noodle with egg, we must take supper at midnight, and so on. I tried but it doesn't work. And the other friend said that everything you did is nothing if your mind and your happiness is uncontrol, You are liying if you said you are happy, you are lying if you said you hane no problems, nothing to think. We need more energy to think something than to do something. in other word you are better to move a big stone than you think about your future. so, my friend, keep your happiness and be confident whatever you are. Time will go on and will change us, will answer the problem maybe we can't identify it. and that time we will life calm, free, and peace. and the most we want we will have a proportional tall and weight. keep your smile

Hehe,it's so hard for some people but it's said that losing weight is harder!I want to gain weight,but the weight has never changed!I have to let it be.

Do you actually want to "become fat" as you so eloquently put it, or do you want to make yourself less skinny? There is a difference.
I'm guessing you're asking for help because you're like myself and a number of the genetic minority that actually have trouble gaining weight rather than gaining it easily and having trouble losing it. First of all, it's probably not a good idea to take the route most people take when gaining weight (You know, eating junk food and not exercising and the like) for two reasons. It's not healthy and if you really are genetically skinny, you're not going to gain much weight.
My advice is to start weight training and eating like a body builder. If you aim to build muscle rather than fat, it will be far healthier and much more likely to stick to you.

that's a good idea. we don't need to be fat actually but we need to be health. or I give you a referency that no one of models is fat. they always keep her or his body thinny. just eat nutritious food regurly and avoid your bad feelings.

probbaly you wn't become'fat' but you can come to fitness club and so you can take weight such as muscles so your appearences won't be so thin...

You can drink milk, much milk. I have a friend like you. He has drunk milk three times per day, two pack once. His weight increased from 52 to 57 kg after 2.5 months ! Good luck to you !

I have tried to drink milk for 1 week, but it not increase my weight. if i drink milk, i will not eat more meal.

hello friend,. good for you that it's hard for you to gain weight, while most people are overweight, obese, and have some weight problems...
--will anyways, for you to be able to increase your weight is you have to follow special diets, that is more on carbohydrates, calories, protein, and you need to take in vitamins daily (which includes vitamins to increase your appetite... and also you need to exercise daily, so as to build your muscles... may you gain weight in a healthy way..

There's nothing wrong with being fat, there are some pros and cons. Start off by expanding your meal sides, not from a small to large but add some more each day or week then keep checking out your weight growth.
Or start eating fast food or instant foods daily, those really help you become fat if you don't exercise but it might take a while though.
Also try eating about 3000 - 4000 calories a day.
Eating too much at a wrong pace might cause some problems but then again I'm not a food expert.

I am also the same to you in sort. The differences are on age and height. I ma more taller than you and my age is 33. Weight 55kg. I wish to gain weight as i am going to marry this year and the weight of my fiance is more than me. It makes me blushed sometimes but easily can accept the nature. You may try to eat fatty foods as i am also eating now a days.

I do not think that the best solution is to become fat, but the right weight. I'm still working in the direction opposite to yours. I have 37 years to 77 kg height 178 cm. I would like to lose a few pounds, the scale says I have a slight overweight. However I am sure that next summer, reach my goal. As for you ok you may take a little weight, but, in my view, with moderation.

Wow,you are 1.72m but only 52kg?!I'm 1.65m and 52kg,I don't like it and always want to gain weight,too!But I don't know what to do.I've heard that meer can help a man gain weight,but I seldon drink it,so my weight hasn't changed more.It's fine for me to weight more 5kg,hehe.

You can gain weight fast with much protein. Use MUSCLE JUICER and Some Creatine. Little expensive but strongly working to gain weight fast and it's safe to use.
The price about $25 for Muscle Juicer and various for creatine. You can buy it on local body building in your town. Very highly recommended, because this is not just fat but protein to gain your performance and power.

This is also my problem. I dont want to be fat, I just want to increase my weight. Its a lot harder for me because i know my metabolism is very fast. Oh well, just eat eat and eat!

the all thing that i knew to gain weight is just by eating,,
eat , eat, eat, just eat, avoid starchy food,
eat 3x a day , don't escape your breakfast , beacuse this is th most important meal.
but in my case i ate 5x each day ,
every 4 hours i take a meal, :D
