Yesterday I saw the match between the West indies and Australia and in this match the West indies have won the game against the Australia with 42 runs and hence with only one match remaining in the series and West indies leading the series with 2-1, so the West indies are not going to loose the series. So in the past few days we have seen that the teams which are rated low are playing good cricket.
So can we say it is a new beginning in cricket.Any comments?

Yes you are right the lower rated teams like West Indies Bangladesh played exceptionally well in the last week concluded Asia Cup where they defeated current Champion and the runners to reach the final.

Hai friend, Think this is first discussion started by you.
I have seen you making comments, good to see you with a discussion.
Hope you are enjoying mylot.
Surely Bangladesh has now come out of the comment of minnows with some good performance, but still they have to do well in cricket.
But WI has already been a good team, but recently they went weak due to some players problem with board and selectors.
The surely have good talents.
So its happy to see WI coming back as a strong team.
Now WI have an unbeatable lead, so they can play the last match with confidence and try to win the series.

Just like Pakistan , WI have abundance in raw talent.Their problems are also similar,WI players are dedicated at the start of their careers but when they get stardom and fame , their commitment towards the team falls drastically.Bravo,Gayle,Lara and others are perfect example of that. You can win one or two off games with individual performances but to win consistently you have to build a team of committed players.WI have big problems against spin and Aussies does not have even a decent spinner,so no wonder they are getting thrashed by WI who have a stable captain and coach.

A superb win for West Indies riding on a superb century from Keiron Pollard, 102 of just 70 balls to lead 4 match series 2-1. Which means they are not going to loose the series from here on. It appears West Indies team has improved tremendously. After loosing to their arch rivals 13 out of 14 matches in trot fourteenth one being no result, they have finally come to terms in believing that Australia is beatable. I always believed that Pollard has not been doing justice to immense all round ability this man possesses. He is a treat to watch and nightmare to opposition when gets going. His fielding and bowling are as much match winners as his batting. We are witness to this in I.P.L. matches. I feel West Indies are going to win the series by clinching the final O.D.I..
