Dont worry. People are more interested in number but not in discussions I believe. I have seen very limited interesting responses for any posting. Any way you are going to make century now. congrats.

Ummmmm, not sure, I think most of my questions are okay, but maybe not everyone has an answer to them, so they must be good! lol How are you peizli?

At least you didn't burn your tongue this time! I am trying to keep myself amused, sick of housework filling in my day, but will have my car back hopefully at the end of the week! WOOHOO

I think you will find that this will change a bit now after the recent changes to method of payment peizli. At least I hope so, but for many people it was a matter of making as much money as they could in the shortest possible time. So for them a "yes" "no" "blue" "green" response was all they were looking for. Of course from time to time some of those questions will still come up but my understanding is if a discussions is not contributing to the forum, then it will be deleted.
Keep your chin up because you will see that things will change. Also note that as I said, I am going back through your old discussions. LOL

I agree with you on this one peizli that finding a good discussion was getting harder and harder. I also got to the stage where I deleted some from my friends list because their discussions were not to my taste, or should I say the discussions were not discussions as all but simple statements. Let's hope there is a vast improvement here at myLot. :)

I have deleted some people too for the same reasons you have mentioned. Now I'm embarrassed of some of the earlier posts I have made, just trying to work mylot out! Never mind, all a learning curb I guess. Thanks for going through my old post, shall be doing the same too. Keep well ozzie!

Thank goodness we aren't seeing so much of the crap anymore. Now that mylot has changed the way they pay for discussions we have different problems. Now we get the copy/pasters coming in and stealing other peoples responses trying to make a quick buck that way. They are also copying other peoples discussions word for word. The sooner mylot admin realise what these cheaters are doing the better off we all will be!

It means there here for the money and the quick questions get them there faster. They dont have to think so hard

I know how you feel. I look for the questions that require more than a one word answer and even if I chose one of the easy questions, I try to add to it and at least make it somewhat interesting.

I find it depends on the Topic or Question asked. And sometimes I find it takes a while to get some discussions going especially like times right now where it is a Holiday and there might not be as many users on here as usual.
Interesting thought though.

it's just that i've noticed really boring topics like what colour are your eyes have a ridiculous amount of replies, I ask a question like whats your front page breaking news today, and get nothing, oh well i'll plod along. Thanks for your thoughts. Have a lovely day!

it means people are boring and lazy! lol
well not everyone, but sometimes it's just easier to answer the silly questions than put thought into a good question :)
shouldn't have that problem so much now though hopefully!

actually the problem here is that people loves to answer the simple and short question for example "what is your name" and if u make a nice discussion people feel difficult to answer it

You are right, some people just like to make vast statements based on assumptions. I, for one use my brain often otherwise I will end up making assumptions rather than speaking from verifiable facts.
Cheers.

I think many people here just lack the intelligence to answer some REAL quality discussions. Either that or they're just too lazy to type out a decent reply and would rather answer the stupid yes or no, this or that questions.
