Can you help me how to save money?

It's pay day and after one week my pay check is gone. I crave for food that use to eat and buy stuffs that are fair in price. After paying all the bills and payable I end up zero balance. Is there any problem?

Hello friend. Just Balance out the things you really need with the things you really don't need. Budget your food. Shape a diet that consists of important foods you need. And only some of your favorites. Try Cheaper alternatives. Also try putting some money away in an envelope. Never touch that money. That is your saving money. Start out slow only put a $20.00 in there If you think you'll struggle. If you think you can manage to not touch it, try $50 or $100. Always add a certain amount of money to your saving envelope and never touch it. You should be fine! :)
