Do You Organize your bookmark ?

Organize our bookmark is very useful. I have many categories in my bookmarks; about blogging, my college news, game, religion, forum, online business/internet marketing, programming and so on. and, I have a trick if I found nice news but I do not want to read it at the time .. I will go to "read later" bookmark. :D Regards

Since I like to use Firefox and therefore I especially like to use a bookmark add-on called "declicious". I will organize it now and then so that it will not be in a mess. The bookmark feature is important as I can't remember so many bookmarks. I love China

normally i organize my browser bookmark in different categories and so having quick links for sites i visit regulary...in reality often i forget to update them...anyway it is a feature useful normally!!

I am sure those who are veteran internet users might have many selected sites. This happens automatically over a period of time. Bookmarking then becomes the need of the hour. When I didn't know how to use bookmarks, I used to copy-paste the URLs of the sites and categorize them according to the topics in Notepad. It may sound silly to do. But that was my own way of bookmarking. However overtime, I came to know bookmarks is used and I started following it closely. Now I have folders and it is too easy to access the sites I need.

Mine is currently sites for research, my children's school websites, manga, networking, languages and anime. Actually I just did those because I got the idea from your discussion. Thanks!

I'm too lazy to organize them. But honestly, I don't bookmark the pages I visit regularly, because I remember them, only pages that seem interesting but I need more time to read them afterwards (DIY posts in blogs, giveaways).

I do still have a lot of bookmarks that are just placed in my favorites without being arranged. However, because of the fact that over time I've collected quite a lot of bookmarks and for that reason I've been starting to organize the bookmarks that I've saved over the years. A lot of the things that I do online have to do with scrapbooking, so I have folders of sites that I like to visit, places that I can get freebies and also scrapbook sketches. In addition to that, I also have a folder that is filled with craft ideas that I might get around to doing with the kids.

Just like you, I also have the habit of organizing the bookmarks in my firefox browser. Generally speaking, I usually sort the bookmarks into news, forums, shopping websites and video web sites so that I could find the website I wanna visit very conveniently. At regular intervals, I always reorganize the bookmarks in order to make it match my latest need.

Indeed I really try and organize my bookmarks via the interests that I have. The key word is try, but I do admit that there are sometimes where I tend to really get away from really organizing those bookmarks. There are about eight or ten bookmarks that are just running loose, just really not had the chance to put them in our proper folders. Of course, that is something that might not be the highest priority. Also I really do go right through the bookmarks and really just really cut out the bookmarks that are no longer working or no longer use. It is not a good idea to clutter up the bookmarks with unusable things. So that is why I do make an attempt to clean up the bookmarks, organize the bookmarks, pretty much everything. I have a few different folders, money earning websites, videos that I've bookmarked, various academic resources, writing resources, general interests, all that sort of thing.

hmmm it's really a nice feature but i don't use it. the bookmarks hmmm i make them remember in my mind and whenever i need to surf i just write the address n surf it. and i have one more habbit to whom i call mostly i don't save their number in my contact list i just keep it my brain.

i am usually very organized so yes my bookmarks are also arranged in a specific category.I have the earning online sites,the social ones,game sites,medical,etc. i believe is easier to have the bookmarks organized because if you have many you get lost in them in the end.

Of course it is important to bookmark some sites that we think are important. So that, when we need it, we just see it in the bookmark entry that we created. But when the number of bookmark is increasing and there are too many categories, I tend to keep each category on a notepad file.

Well my bookmark categories are Standard (where are my most visited ones), Games, Videos, Sports, Various, +Plus a folder my girlfriend made for her bookmarks. Usually when I bookmark something I place in the Various folder and after a short period of time I move it to where it belongs ;)
