The task and freelances sites usually comes without any referral systems. And also the good point is: no investment needed. You should be able to earn good there if you win a bid to do the job (in freelance sites) or do the task well (in task sites). The name of that kind of sites, for example; Odesk, Elance, Amazon MTurk, and Microworkers. Well, some other sites are designed with referral system, but mostly it doesn't mean you can't earn because you have no referrals. You should be able to earn as well, but if you have referrals, your earning will be improved..

yes, u r right..As per my knowledge many sites are offering referral system..and the fact is we cannot earn more without referrals..at the same time it is very hard to get the referrals..
