life couldn't always be tough but most of the time

Being overwhelmed by pressure,I suffer insomnia for two years.At the very begining,it was not that serious and just found myself sleep late at night. I though it was for studying late and use music to hypnotize me which took effect for a period of time.While things seemed out of control.I kept awake for two consecutive nights last week.To get me fall asleep,I must fabricate a dream attractive enough to distract me from meditating.The work,duty and other disturbances crowded into my mind.I get trapped in my work scenarios ,plan of the future and even life trifles alternately.I am afraid that one day I wil nervous breakdown.While situation seems despairing,I hold the belief that hope is waiting around the corner.are there anyone else have the same problem?how to defeat the bad mood and insomnia?

Hi! jy02553922. Yes life is tough indeed. It's a never ending struggle. We really need to be tough in order to survive. You should not be afraid of the future though. All you have to do is to always think positive so as to attract positive things to come into your life. Also always pray to God for guidance and divine intervention. I'm sure life will not be as bad as it would be. With regards to your insomnia, you better consult this problem with a specialist. I'm sure that specialist will help you overcome those sleepless nights.

i have the same experience though i am still a student, i sometimes bunk my classes and sleep off the day, its very bad, but i donot know how to stop the thoughts from crowding my mind and so to easy off my tension, i take a break now and then form studying. All you have to do is plan and act according this will give a sense of peace. First, take a break form office and go out somewhere with your friends, for shopping or some thing, just a get-together. Then, plan for tomorrow not you future, just your immediate tomorrow, and try to sleep around the normal time, like 9 or 9.30 pm, this will be difficult for sometime, the main trick is not to think about anything.

lots work make it impossible to sleep earlier than 10:30.However,I determine to try my best.What makes me exhausted may be that I have too much work to do while time seems insufficient.However,I determine to try my best for early sleeping.Hoping it will be better ^-*

it is really a difficult experience and hope that it will change soon. I think your mind is not relaxed and thinking about something always. Try to keep your mind relax and you can try meditation to overcome This. Take a bath before going to sleepi it will make your mind relay and you will get a good sleep.

bad mood can beat him you go out and distracted to be closer to friends.
can beat bad mood doing what you love most.
while insomnia is something I think he can beat him you will be very difficult.
For insomnia, it is best to find a specialist and he explained to you in detail.

these are very common to all , but resolving methods differ from person to another. However, you have to take control of your issues otherwise it would eat you. Be bold always and never see the issues very closer.
