Have you ever lost your wallet? Or even lost something that you needed really bad? My family went to a family pig picking and i left my pocket book and wallet in my truck so i didnt have to worry about keeping up with it. Well about 10:30 last night we went to the store and i decided that i wanted something to drink. So I got my wallet out of my truck and went to the store and got me something to drink. Well then we decided not to stay at their house last night cause some other people were staying there and so we come home. Well i didnt drink that much so i was fine but my eyes were a little red. I was for sure that i had my wallet when we left just in case we got pulled over i mean i was so not feeling anything for the 1 i did drink. But then i went to leave today to go get something for supper and couldnt find my wallet. I only remember using it at the store and i remember having it in my hand when leaving the store but after that i have no clue. So i texted my husbands sister in law and she found it she didnt tell me where she found it. But OMG i have been driving with out it since 3 am this morning. So now its back out to go and get it and hope we dont get stuck there cause i have alot of house work to do before the am since we have been gone all weekend. The weekends are my time to clean lol.

yes i have experienced losing my wallet. it was a long time ago, i rode a public jeepney and i left it there and didn't realized it till i got off and the jeepney already left. i was worried about my ID's and receipts and whatever important documents in there. but it was a long time ago already. but i still lose a lot of things. but that's because the maids we would have here would take the things and we don't even recognize it until we check their bags before they leave

no, unfortunately, i wasn't able to get it back. it was a very long time ago. yeah i don't like it when my mom hire those helpers and then they don't stay in, like they go home when the day is over and then just come back the next day. i don't like that because there are time s when their bags don't get checked up because my mom is always busy and on the go. there was one maid we had a few months ago. she is young and she thinks we have the same size of clothes. i am so skinny. i was complaining a lot because my blouses and panties are not coming back to me after the laundry LOL. i checked her bag and there. my clothes are there hehehehe. i didn't know my dad was also missing his other cell phone, she took it too but broke it and made A LOT of scratches, so it is not obvious that it was my dad's. wth was she thinking right? take it and then break it? so we confronted her and took the phone from her and checked don't the serial number, we compared it to the box and it matched. my sister and i were sooo sooo mad at her. my sister wanted to report it to the police but my mom told us to be calm and that it was already enough because we kept talking LOL we kicked her out hehehe i just hope she doesn't do that to other people too. and that she stops.

WOW im sorry you were never able to get your wallet back after lossing it on the jeepney. But at least it was a long time ago and you pretty much learned your leason from it and you are well over it now. WOW she was stealing your clothes and not to mention your under clothes. That is really really crazy. I would have never thought that someone would go that far. ANd i agree with you why would someone steal a cell phone just to break it lol. Im glad that you guys kicked her out. Im sure that it would have never gotten any better. I my self think that i would have no matter what called the police. Just for the simple fact that some people never learn things. And you said that you hope that she didnt do it to anyone else well it might have been a really good idea if you guys went ahead and called the cops on her. But just have the cops let her spend 1 night in jail and just that could have changed her big time.

It was a very scary thing for me when i lost my wallet and had no idea where it could have been. Im just glad that i found it and it was some where safe and i didnt have to worry about anything being gone out of it. Did you ever get your wallet back after leaving it on the jeepney? I bet you guys go through alot of maids. I dont understand how people could think that they could get away with stuff like that. And no telling how much they have already taken from you in the past. Glad you found out about it though before it got any worse. What did they have to say when you found your stuff in their bags?

Yes,I had once lost my wallet. My sister was with me.I had taken her to a surgeon for an operation. My wallet was in my pocket and we both were riding a rickshaw. As we came near a square, our rickshaw stopped. The road ahead was blocked by a crowd.Out of curiosity I alighted from the rickshaw and went to see what the matter was.It was just a minor accident.Soon the crowd started dispersing and I came back to my rickshaw. When we reached the hospital,I checked my pocket for my purse. It was not there.Someone had pick pocketed it.It contained Rs.800.I immediately came back to the hotel, payed rent to the rickshaw puller and began thinking how I could find it.Despite all my efforts I could not find the purse.

O wow i think that would scare me even more. I new i only went a few places from the time that i last saw my wallet but you could have lost it anywhere. I would be so mad that someone pick pocketed me. Was it alot of trouble calling and cancelling everything that was in your wallet? What do you do now to make sure that it dont happen again?

I so dont blame you. To be honest i dont think that i would ever put my wallet back into my pocket again. I probaby wouldnt even carrie my wallet i would just carrie my id and some money with me so that way i new for sure that i wouldnt ever lost is again. I also am big chested so that is where i would put it. I wouldnt even put anything into my pocket if that had ever happen to me.

I'm so glad you found it!! It is such an awful feeling when something like that goes missing. I've had it happen twice. Once was just devestating. I dropped it in the store. There were only a couple of people in the store and it must have slipped out of my hand when I picked up stuff off the shelf. This one guy whom I know to be a theif left right as I noticed it missing. It was just before Christmas and had about 200.00 in it. The other time I lost it, I'd had it sitting on the seat of my car. Aparantly, it slid out when I dropped my daughter off at her friends house. A nice lady found it and found my information in it & called me. This time there wasn't as much money but it was all I had so I was very very grateful. I work in a store and I can't tell you how often a customer will leave their wallet or credit card on the counter when they leave.

well, looks like we have the same jobs! I am the same. I found a bank envelope with no indication of who owned it that had dropped by the counter. I could have easily kept it and no one would have known but then again, I couldn't. I called my boss out from his office and had him witness me count it and verify the amount in it. Within an hour a girl came in crying and hoping that someone had found it and turned it in. Nothing compares to that feeling of being able to turn those tears into tears of happiness. As for my situation..I don't think I pickpocketed. I had the wallet in my hand. It was actually a zippered cloth bag...small and lightweight. I'm quite sure that it slpped out of my hand when I picked up my purchases. The guy that left the store is known to be a theif and I've known him for years. I was hoping that he would realize it was mine and send it back to me. I was really hoping that he would at the very least use one of the stamps that was in there as well and send my licence and debit card back to me. He did not. I did not report it to the police. I was very upset. I was a single mom and had 3 of my girls still at home at the time. I could NOT afford this. I did report it to the store and they had my info so that if it were found or turned in, they could call me. There was nothing the police could have done, I'm sure.

Wow i bet that was a great feeling. Do you remember how much was in the bank envelope? It is a really good feeling when you can do that, turn tears of sad ness into tears of happiness. Yeah im sure there wasnt anything that the cops could have done either but i didnt now if you at least tried since that guy was in the store. Im not sure if the cops can search someone if you think that they might have got it or not. Did anyone, or that guy try to use your debit card? i bet you were upset i would have been to.

Thank you very much. Yes it is a very awful feeling when lossing something. Oh wow that would make me so mad. Are you sure you dropped it by mistake or do you think someone pick pocketed you? Did you call the police about it? Did you ever get it back? Wow im glad that the 2nd time you lost your wallet it was somewhere a good person found it. Im glad that it was found and you got your money back. I also work in a store i work in a gas station. I have older people along with young people leave pocket book and wallets and everything else you can think of in the bath room or at a gas pump. I always look through it so i can find a phone number or something so i can get back up with them. I have also been nown to write a letter and mail it to someone and let them now that i found their stuff and i will keep it safe for them when they are able to come back and get it. I would want someone to do that for me if i was out of town.

Well I didn't loose it but I had some stuff stolen from it. My Grandmother got her entire wallet stolen in a casino once. I have nightmares of losing my entire purse that are really full of anxiety.I'm glad you got your wallet back, it is a sinking feeling when you have the wallet, and then you don't anymore I'm sure.

you have no idea!!! hahaha i took the family fishing yesturday and we left there about 4:30-4:45 pm right before they closed and we were sore we kept changing fishing spots so when we got home i just put my car keys beside my bed. i remembered seeing them before i went to sleep. i am not sure if i saw them when i wole up but at about 1:00 we were looking for them to go somewhere and it took all day to find them. i was spose to go to grandmas tonight and i couldnt. i wasnt going to make my husband be the only one looking for them. well we finally stopped looking to take a break and tonight he decided to keeo looking and he slowed down in the hall way and went thro every piece of clothing and he found them under a pair of pants. the kids got a hold of them and didnt remember where they had them. needless to say that is not normal for me to lose things like that and this is the 2nd time in the past like 3 weeks. the keys are WAY WAY WAY up high now lol and no kid can reach/see them lol. i will be keeping a closer eye on them now and making sure that we keep them up....i am just so glad they were found :)

That has got to suck you really need to find the 2nd set so you can have them just in case. Yeah i have alot of clutter here to and only have this week to go through everything and get rid of stuff cause we are doing another yeard sale at work this weekend. Yeah i have to carry a purse though because i use it as a diper bag lol. If you look into my purse now i have a few dipers and some wipes and everything else you can think of in there. I have never really lost my wallet any where but a family members house and of course at work. You now i spend most of my time and life there so that kind of makes since that i would leave my wallet there lol. How long does it take you to find your wallet when you loss it at home?

Wow that is crazy lol. You never loss you keys and then the last month you have lost them 2 times. But isint this the 2nd set? Did you ever find the first set? I am guessing the reason i left my wallet was because i saw my pocket book in the truck so i was just thinking that it was in there because i will so be honest with you i was not thinking right enough to even look to see if it was in there lol. I hope you keep them up from now on lol i have so learned my lesson even if i dont want to take the chance of lossing my wallet i will just put my id in my pocket and my money in my pocket lol. I would so be mad at myself if i lost my keys by just leaving them laying around and my kids got a hold of them. O yeah i have so done that lol.

Well good for you at least you just lost it for a couple of minutes, and eventually was returned to you after that...well me I have not experience forgetting my things specially my wallet because every id I have is stored in my wallet so I always bare in mind that if my wallet is lost my life is in hell because I need to have affidavit of loss to all government agencies-that is going to be a tedious thing to do. Well what I always loose is my hanky and my folding umbrella, my umbrella is always new it never gets old. So next time be careful of your belongings specially your wallet, it is nice that it was returned what if it was not? so always keep a close watch at it ehehehlol.

O yes you can bet that i will for sure from now on. I dont normally do that though i guess its just i wasnt thinking at 3 in the morning and saw my pocket book in the truck so didnt think nothing about it but i will for sure be checking just to make sure i have it no matter what. My id is the least of my worrys to be honest to you. My bigest worry is my money and all my cards i have in there.

Im thinking just because i saw my pocket book in the truck that i just thought that i had my wallet in there and didnt think nothing else about it. I will so be more careful from here on out. That was way to scary lol.

I hate when I leave my wallet behind so I make sure I've got it. When my husband has to run for something and I ride along for company I sometimes just leave it behind. That keeps me from buying something I shouldn't in the first place. Sounds like you had a rough week end. I have forgotten so many things when doing stuff around the house I end up spending half my time going back and finding stuff. Very frustrating.

I do the very same thing. I spend money all the time that i do not need to. I left all my money at home and just took $20 dollers with me so that i wouldnt be tempted to spend more then that. Im glad that i did that though because if i hadnt i would have been spending my gas money lol. But i will for sure be making sire that i have everything with me when i go to leave from some where that was way to scary for me.

It is a very scary thing to have lost your wallet and everything in it. I have alot of sruff in my wallet and was so scared that we were not going to have gas money or food for the week. What kind of coin purse was it? Do you think some one would have really stole it from you? What did you keep in there?
