About Alertpay Card Verification

Hi Mylotters I would Like to ask for some help and assistance. I verify my alertpay account by adding my EON Debit card, and my problem is, I am not yet verified until now. I got an advice to contact the support center and I already send the support ticket but I still got no response. I would like to know if I'm on the right tract? or is there any way I can do in order to verify my card? Does anyone of you undergone the same process that I been going through? Somebody please help me. I'm sooo confused and worried here. Thanks in advance
