As in the match which is going on between the South Africa and New Zealand, there have been injuries to Hashim Amla and recent addition to it is Ross Taylor. And earlier before the start of the match Kallis was ruled out because of the strain in his muscle.Ross Taylor became the third player to visit hospital during the match as Taylor broke his forearm after being struck by a Morne morkel short ball in the66th over and faced one more delivery before retiring on 18.He is unlikely to play in this Test match.
So we can see the game of cricket has injuries to follow as we have seen that amla and taylor both have been ruled out of the match and we can say that injuries are part and parcel of Cricket. What are your comments on this?

surely as the cricket is becoming busy, players are forced to play more matches at different conditions. So injuries have also become more.
For SA kallis has been already injured and now Amla, both are good batsman. And ross taylor is also a goos player and skipper for NZ.
So both team equally affected with injuries..

Ya both the teams are equally affected but New zeland required the services of ross taylor in the second innings as the lead is very high and it is going to be a steep target whatever the SA sets.

The New Zealand team were ultimately able to draw the match because of the briliant innings from williamson of 102 not out.Ya it is right that these players will loose some money which they could have made.Ross taylor is out for 6 weeks so he might be able to play after a month or so and would be playing for the Delhi Daredevils :)

Not only cricket, injuries are part and parcel of every game be it football, hockey, badminton or lawn tennis. You play a match against your rival and you play to win it.In order to win,you have to give your 100%.You try to do so and may get injured in the process. You have to be prepared for receiving injuries if you play an outdoor game and want to win a match.

Yes you have rightly said that it is part and parcel of any outdoor games and it is hard to stay fit for longer period of team, it is just that you have to be in safe side that you must stay fit for serving the team you are representing in the future.

I agree that injuries are part and parcel of Cricket. But more cricket makes more injuries to players. So i strongly thinks that players should given proper rest and that will give more chances for new players. every team can try different teams for test, ODI, and T20. this will give enough rest for players.
