What do you do to make your brain fit?

We are conscious with our health. We do physical activities, eat healthy foods and refrain from hazardous habits to maintain body fitness. But why do we exercise only from feet up to our neck? We are forgetting the supreme part of our body, the brain. How about you my co-mylotters, are you doing something to keep your brain healthy and fit?

I read and write, mostly read. I think this does something to your brain. I also do Sudoku's sometimes, and I feel like that should do something (as to me, those things are mind-boggling). . Happy MyLotting!

Yes maezee, our brain really need action. It gets rusty just like other instruments when not in use.

Aah yes Yoga, that meditation system from ancient India. I never tried it but from many publications that I've read, it is already scientifically proven beneficial to our whole well being. That is physically and mentally. And of course spiritually, though science won't talk about that.
