Find a tracker website or phone app. One that has calories in and calories out. I've found one that does both and can show you how much you've used vs how much you've eaten.
You can set you're goal and it has heaps of handy tips and things to help you out. It explains what level is healthy to aim for with weight loss and you can pick you're goal (-10%, -15% etc) It also works out your basic needs ie how much your body uses just to keep you breathing. Its pretty neat.
Also, find someone who wants to loose weight too. Compare and help each other stick to your goals and not have that pizza or burgers you want.

my dear friend asking such a question doesn't mean anything,if u r really interested in your question, please let us know some of your body features like your BMI,AGE,DIET,sleep e.t.c,also i would like to know about your exercise protocol and weather you are under going any kind of medication or not.

Depends on how you would like to loose weight. Yo need to reduce your calorie intake and increase your metabolism. I think this will really help. I suggest you eat less at night than it is on breakfast and lunch. You must do some routine exercises, I think that it still remains to be the most effective way of losing weight, moreover it's good to your health.

the are are thousands of thousand treatment in the world.but which one is suitable is question mark for us,i know that,but idont know about your personality.
dont worry i will give you suggestion.
do following
1. diet- systemetic diet gives slim body,diet means not eating of junk foods and limit to home foods.diet also means eat, less loss stress.so dont eat any type of junk food
,eat less oily food,eat 3 times only for a day and dont drink milk or any drink that should boost your gain.
2. Yoga - yoga is perfect for all. go to you-tube and search about "belly reduce" or any thing that you wish. before yoga do pranayama like arda chandra viloma or else do "deep breathing".
3. jogging- jogging also good
or
take nutrislim powder.take nutrislim at your risk.
get weight loss soon as possible.
