Are you worthy enough for your bank to serve you business

Here is what I saw when banking with one of the giant banks when in comparison to small banks. If your bank account, whether saving or checking is not up to the amount standard they specify on the new term or contract, they can impose any amount of charge on you, in another name of service charge. You must deposit enough of money per month or you must keep up the amount they want you to have in every day, otherwise, they will also hit you with a fee. Or they consider you unworthy customer at all, and they won't care whether you should continue this customer relationship with them or not. That is how I felt when I ready to cancel my account with Chase bank a year ago. The personnel won't even care, or they want you to keep up with they want you to do. Oh well, I rather bank with small community bank or a credit union, at least they won't serve you like dirt. What do you think?

I belong to US Bank and am happy to report that I have never had any trouble with them. They do not change any fees provided you have a savings account and transfer 25.00 into the account (and you can always pull it out after 1 day). The people at our bank are very friendly and helpful. I banked with them in Idaho as well and I remember when his mom had passed away the bank manager personally closed out the account and gave us what was left in the account.
I know most banks treat their customers badly and I have switched banks a couple of times, but now that I am with US bank I will never switch.

Yes, i agree with you, a giant bank does have a good reputation and facilities, but it's only for the people who have large amounts of money in their savings. In the case of bank service humanely, we should use a community bank.
