Yes, orange is very much vitamin C. Vitamin C is very necessary for your health.
I like to eat them, but it not good when we eat before breakfirst and before bed time, right?.

Vitamin C is not good if we eat before breakfeast because many fruit contain many acid so it make your stomach ache. And if you eat vitamin C before bed time, it make you hard to sleep because it make you excitement.

We've all been brainwashed to believe Oranges have the highest amount of vitamin C and are therefore the best fruit to eat when trying to get our daily quota of vitamin C. While oranges do have a lot of vitamin C, there are other fruits and vegetables that contain more Vitamin C than the orange. They are the red bell pepper, Guavas, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, and Kiwi.
I love oranges, but if I'm after Vitamin C, I'll reach for the kiwi or Brussel Sprouts.

Any type of citrous fruit is a good source of vitamin C. So, orange which belongs to this group is a great source of vitamin C. Fortunately, I am very fond of orange and hence I would never fall a victim to vitamin C deficiency.

I like oranges in many ways. I love to eat oranges as desserts, I like real orange juice, I love orange syrup on my pancakes and I even make an awesome jam that´s orange and carrot. My friends love it and I have evn taught the recepe to friends abroad.

Oranges is the one of the main source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is very important to our body lack of this vitamin can cause a disease called scurvy. So we people must have vitamin C in regular intrevals.

i am fund of eating orange. not because of the vitamin c, i just love how it taste. while i was pregnant, i eat almost 20 oranges a day. and when the baby got out, she has fine fair skin. i recommend it to pregnant women.
