PayPal is a very effective method of payment. It is accepted in all countries which MyLot are allowed to make payments to under the restrictions of the Office of Foreign Assets Control and it is easily linked to a bank account or credit card.
If MyLot used a loadable ATM card service, they (or rather, you) would have to pay approximately $5 for the card and 5% on any withdrawals from the card (these are the Terms which apply to RedGage payments which use this method of payment). This would mean that your first payment of $10 from MyLot would be worth less than $5 and for subsequent payments, you would only get 95% of your earnings.
There is no good reason for MyLot to change from the current method though they will always consider any new method which becomes available.

I never thought about linking a Redgage Visa card with PayPal. That is an interesting option and worth exploring (if one has qualified for a Redgage card and is in an area where PayPal is acceptable). This could be something which might be useful to a few here.

But those people in countries, whose country is not in good terms with Paypal problems will be relieved of their woes and worries. Have you thought about that?

I get paid 7 to 9 times a year and have currently been paid more than $300 by MyLot. Many people get paid each and every month. Paypal is ideal because MyLot can pay you exactly what you have earned, with no deductions, and on time, every time. I have no statistics about how often people are paid but it is quite within the bounds of possibility for every member to earn at least the minimum of $10 every month.
Everyone (excepting those in India and, perhaps, certain other countries) can choose whether they transfer their earnings immediately to their bank account or credit card or whether they keep the earnings in their PayPal balance and use them for other online purchases.

Personally, I like to know exactly what I have earned in dollars (real noney). Points systems are all very well but, eventually, we want to know what they are worth in currency.
I earn 'points' in various schenes (Toluna, for example) and can convert them into things I can use - vouchers or PayPal earnings as appropriate - the bottom line, however, is always 'how much is it worth in my currency?'

I think, currently it is going well with Paypal payment option.
So what is the need of new card.
And if mylot makes new card, then how will they make it acceptable in all nations.
And now also you can transfer money from your paypal to bank account and withdraw using ATM.
So I dont need a Change.
