We are just plain heart broken we had these dogs Sam the smaller one in my avatar with white on him. And Tank the small black one. We keep them in a fenced in yard about 200 by 200 feet. We love our boys and they will be really missed. Don't expect to find them alive there are too many coyotes that live around here. That is why we kept them in a fenced yard. We usually chained Tank so Sam would stay close to him and Tank is the bigger of the dogs. So will you pray that we find them alive?

Oh my I would be heartbroken as well. The coyotes there are pretty bad, huh? Terrible. I really do hope you still find them both and alive, God works miracles sometimes. I will pray for them to be found so you can continue to have them around. Keep us all posted, OK?

We live way out in the boonies there are no humane shelters in this county or the next county. Went to every neighbors house and asked even asked people on roads that are not even close. We went to neighbors house we didn't even know there was houses on these roads. I am so sorry about your friends cat it is so hard to lose an animal you have raised as your child. Thanks for your concern my friend.

I'm so glad we don't have those around here. Any more word on wether or not the dogs are back home again now? Did you puts signs all over or check in on the shelters and humane societies, etc.? My friend found her cat in the next county's shelter. She was pretty diligent on finding him, & thank goodness she did but he ended up dying from the "trauma" I guess days later.

Thank you! We have been praying no stop for them. Where ever they are they are together they were always hanging on each other so they wouldn't leave each other. I hope they come home soon too. But with all the coyotes around us we don't think it will happen. Thanks again my friend.

we also keep our dogs fenced and most of the time chained because we live near a highway. so we don't want to risk it knowing that they're large breeds and can find their way out of the fence. i hope and pray that you can find your dogs as soon as possible. i know it would be difficult to find them but if there's a will, there's a way.

Hi Giggles and welcome to my lot. We don't usually ever leave them unchained but we were feeling sorry for Tank cause he is the one we usually chain we know that if he is chained Sam won't go far from him. Hope we find them soon. thanks for sharing my friend.

I will pray that your dogs will be found alive. Wild animals usually have no mercy with dogs, I'm afraid. A friend of mine lost one of their dogs to a cougar. It was terrible the dog was pregnant too. The cougar just tore her to shreds. I'm guessing you live in a rural area with coyotes and other wild animals around. Anyway, my heart goes out to you. Hope you find them or they come home soon!!

Hi Ecaron and welcome to my lot. I have lost one dog to the coyotes when I lived in Nevada. There are wild animals all around us we have seen large cats here too and it scares me for our boys to get out of the yard. Thank God though our boys made it home late last night safe and sound. Sam has a cut on his front right paw and on his back left paw, but they aren't bad. Thank God that is all that was wrong with them. They are sleeping soundly under my husbands feet like they always do. It is sad when a wild animal gets one of our pets. I am so sorry that your friend lost their precious baby to that cougar. But the dog they lost is in Heaven waiting to see her family again.

I sympathize with you over your loss and offer my prayer for their safety. I believe that Sam will look after Tank. Take care in knowing that they have each other for companionship and safety. Perhaps one day they will return to you, Keep an open gate and open heart. If you find yourselves without them in the long run, know that they are in greater care and loved just as much.

I sure hope you get to get them back. My kitty got out a couple of times. Once he got out he knew he was not supposed to be out so he would run if he saw me. but I finally would sit down and calmly talk to him and he would eventually come to me.
I railed on hubby and son so now they do not go out the back door LOL
He is the only pet I have and I would be heartbroken to lose him. He has my heart and such a loving cat. I am afraid the feral cats out there would tear him to shreds.
Will keep you in my thoughts today and hope you get your doggies back.

I hope that God sends them home soon too. I used to have cats and the boy cats would take off sometimes for weeks at a time but they always would show back up. This is the second dog that we have had and we kept them safe but this time we tried to let them off the chain seemed so cruel to chain them up but now I think we should have chained him to keep him safe. I am the one that talked my husband into leaving him off the chain wish I had just kept my mouth shut. Thank you for your kind thoughts my friend.
I hope and pray that your cat stays safely at home with you forever.

Sorry to hear this. I know what it's like to lose a pet. We treat our pets just like babies. They are spoiled. Recently, we had to put 1 of our babies to sleep. It was a sad day. We are now looking for a new baby. Hoping to find one soon. Best Wishes!

We had a dog get hit by a car a few years back that is why we keep our boys on a chain when we leave but this one day we left Sam and Tank loose and that was our mistake. I am glad that your Kimbo came back home is he alright now? Thank you for your prayers for Sam and Tank.

I hope you could find them alive. I also have a dog, and a thought of losing him could make me feel also the same. I also chained my dog to prevent him from going out for the thought of maybe losing them and worst if we are not the first one to find him, the local dog found will. In our area, if the local dog found will find your dog first, probably you will get your dog as easy as it is.I really hope you can find them.

Hi Donghski and welcome to my lot. We don't have a local dog catcher here this is in the boonies. I can't understand how this could happen we are so cautious with our boys, Sam and Tank. It has been at least 12 hours have no real hope of finding the alive. But thank you for your kind thoughts my friend.
