The online research I have done and also by speaking with family and friends, I cannot find anyone else with that particular problem. I would suggest you go in person or speak with someone at the retail outlet that sold you the phone and explain the situation to them.

every one say that this phone is a good one , but you have a bad luck i think if you the support they will never find solution because they never face a problem like that

i never had this smartphone but i think that when you faced problems like those ones you described is better to ask the support because if it is ew it means that probably the model has problems natively so considering the warrenty you can replace it without costs..

my friend has been using the phone without any hitches or problems. i suggest you take the phone to a service center to get it repaired or even better try to get an exchange for a new piece.
