Body by VI nutritional shake diet

I discovered this diet almost two months ago. I'm not one to spend money on diets, or to really stick to one, so I was really skeptical about giving it a try. After some thought, a friend and I decided to try it together. We decided on the $100 kit, which consists of a 30-day supply of shakes. You drink two shakes per day, eat one actual meal, and a snack or two. They come in a sweet cream flavor, but you can create any flavor you want out of them. My two favorite shakes to make are the Chocolate Peanut Butter and the Butterfinger. Yummmmmy! You add as much or as little flavoring as you want, so they taste the way you want them to. I've tried other diet shakes before, but they always tasted terrible... Not the case here. And of course, you want to work out while on this diet. I slacked on this for a while due to a knee injury from working out. After one month on the diet (without exercising much) and I lost five pounds. Not a whole lot, but more than I probably would have without dieting. Another three weeks went by and I lost another five. I plan on creating and sticking to an intense workout routine to help me lose more, so hopefully that will help. I'm so glad I finally found a diet that works and isn't terrible to the taste. And to top it off, they're so healthy for you. One shake has 30% of your daily nutrients in it. What are some diets that you have tried that did or didn't work?

I have been on the Challenge myself almost 2 weeks. Not sure if I have noticed any weight loss yet, but I do have a lot more energy. What I like about it is the Flavor, and the way it is so easy, and you can mix it with just about anything. I do not really have a lot to loose, but getting more Energy and not having my Fibromyalga hurt so much is a plus. I even signed up to be a Distributor and would Love to be a success with this.

That's great that its helping with your Fibromyalgia. The shakes have definitely given me more energy as well. I think the best part about them for me is that they stop my chocolate cravings. Since I make sweet tasting shakes, I don't have an urge to snack on sweets throughout the day. Instead I find myself craving fruit and veggies more, and definitely more meat. I started out wanting to just do one month, but I'm going onto my third month pretty soon. I don't want to get into selling it, but I do like getting the word out there about how amazing it is.

I have actually come across Body By VI and I swear by it as well. By sticking to the diet you WILL lose weight, without starving yourself. If you push a little harder in the exercise department, this will really make a difference. I encourage everyone to try it. I’m not sure why I chose to try this, as I am not a big diet person. But I am glad I did. I was skeptical myself so I only paid for the $99. Kit
